I seek to facilitate experiences for clients that address physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual well-being and wholeness. Transpersonal, past life regression (PLR) and Life Between Lives (LBL) ® are my passion because they can reveal and forge deep connections to one's own Soul-Self , to other loving spiritual beings and energies, and to Source. This allows for access to higher wisdom and deeper understanding and meaning in one's life. By encouraging these Spirit-centered conditions, there are incredible opportunities for healing on multiple levels. I am a Reiki master/teacher, a conduit for Universal Life Force Energy, which helps to move and dissolve stuck energies, and facilitates relaxation, restoration, balance, and healing during sessions. I offer elements of sound therapy, aromatherapy, and crystal/mineral therapy as guided. I hold an MS in clinical mental health counseling from University of Southern Maine and am a National Certified Counselor (NBCC).

I have worked in a successful private practice as a psychotherapist, hypnotherapist and spiritual regressionist for thirty years. I have also consulted for Australia's leading Treatment Centre for the past 25 years. I work with individuals, couples and families. I am eternally grateful to have trained with Michael Newton himself in 2004, after six years of Past life Regression work, trained by Brian Weiss.

With a focus on the mind-body-soul connection, Kristina helps clients explore the profound realms of their past lives and spiritual journeys, offering transformative experiences that promote healing and self-discovery. In addition to running her private practice, The Good Light Hypnosis, Kristina teaches hypnosis at the University of Toronto as well as teaching through the NGH, National Guild of Hypnosis. Kristina also leads workshops on the powerful connection between spirituality and personal growth. Her work is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and the belief that everything is interconnected.

Karin conducts her sessions from her Sanctuary Clinic at L’Għarix Temple Retreat in Xaghra, Gozo This is where she has a Private Healing Cave next to Ggantija Temples the oldest known temple on earth. Karin is offering all Healing and Hypnosis sessions including 'Past Life Regression' and 'Life Between Lives' regression sessions in person as well as via Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp Video and Facebook Messenger to clients from across the globe. Karin facilitates custom designed, one day to six-day personal healing retreats in Gozo. Incorporating a variety of healing modalities with the focus on Past Life Regression and Life Between Lives as part of the program.
